  • The price and date(s) of payment at the beginning of a business deal are non-negotiable, unless specified otherwise by Cody Coffman Art.

  • All payments are to be made on time by either PayPal or Square.

  • Please note that local charges may occur.

  • Cody Coffman Art reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

  • A non-refundable deposit of half the agreed total is required before any work starts.

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from Cody Coffman Art. You should understand that by purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing making a business deal or purchasing a product from Cody Coffman Art, you warrant that you accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all services and products from Cody Coffman Art. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide Cody Coffman Art with or that we obtain will be handled by Cody Coffman Art as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure great service, the credit assessment, and/or for shipping reasons. The information you provide is only available to Cody Coffman Art and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Cody Coffman Art to delete or correct the information held about you. By agreeing to these terms, you also allow Cody Coffman Art to post useful information and/or art involving you. By accepting the Cody Coffman Art Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Cody Coffman Art's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Cody Coffman Art is released from Cody Coffman Art's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc. 

Payment

All products made for commission or sold otherwise shall remain Cody Coffman Art's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order for a product or service. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Cody Coffman Art. A non-refundable deposit of the agreed total payment is required upfront before any work on the project begins. If failure to pay the initial deposit, the project will be dismissed, unless stated otherwise by Cody Coffman Art.

All transfers conducted through Cody Coffman Art are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Cookies

At the event of when a product is sold out, Cody Coffman has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Cody Coffman shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
You have the right to have Cody Coffman Art change or delete information or art posted on codycoffmanart.com.
